The DataArts Platform requires all individuals who come to our site to have their own login and password. Logins and passwords from our old system no longer work.
When organization accounts were migrated from our old system, the primary contact was set up as the organization's administrator. Any additional individuals who wish to gain access to the organization account will request access from the administrator through the system. If you have any trouble with this process, please contact the Support Center at help@culturaldata.org or call 877-707-3282 (DATA).
Unique logins for individual users will allow clearer tracking of who has done what to an organization's account and data. The system will be able to show most recent login dates and times for each user, and Cultural Data Profile Surveys will track which user last made edits. Analytic and Funder Reports will display the name of the user who ran them and the date and time the reports were created.
