How do I log in to the DataArts platform?

Answer
To log in to the DataArts platform, please visit da.culturaldata.org. If you know your login and password, please enter them in the appropriate fields.

If you need to create an account for yourself, please follow the link to “Create an account.” Follow the prompts. Your email account will need to be verified. We will send you a unique verification URL to your email address. Please find the email and click the link to verify your account. If you do not find the verification email from DataArts, return to the log in page and select “Need login help?” and click “we can resend the verification to you.” Type in the email address you used and select “Send.” We will email you a new verification link so that you can activate your account.

If you need to reset your password, select “Need login help?” and click on the first link that says “We can reset your password.” Enter your email address associated with your account and click “Send.”

Keep in mind that email accounts ending with .edu and .gov may have stringent spam blockers. Please check your spam, junk, and clutter inboxes for an email from info@culturaldata.org. If the email does not appear in those folders, please ask your IT staff to add us to your safe sender list.

If you are still unable to log in to the DataArts platform, please email our Support Center at help@culturaldata.org or call 877-707-3282.
