On the dashboard you can view every active survey that your organization is connected to, whether as a participant or as a study partner.

For information about administering a workforce demographics survey to your organization, please read this article: How to Administer the Workforce Demographics Survey

Supporting a Workforce Demographics Survey as the Study Partner

Inside the view for a specific survey, there are a series of tasks that you will need to complete in order to initiate the survey, as well as a number of tools to help you monitor progress.

The graph at the top of the screen will display in real time as participants complete surveys once the study begins.

The notices section on the right will display your next upcoming tasks, as well as alert you if an item is overdue. The Quick Stats will give you a brief rundown of the number of participants in your study, and how many days remain until the survey closes.

Action items below will organize your tasks to launch the study and keep everything on track. You will have a number of tasks to complete before the study begins, including naming the study, confirming the survey landing page, and loading a list of participating organizations with their points of contact.

Many of the tasks will be emails that you should send out to the points of contact at various points during the study. We have found that there are significant upticks in survey participation when the study partner is in regular contact with the individuals who are distributing the survey at each organization. We have provided suggested text for various points during the process, as well as language to reach out to organizations which have not yet entered their workforce numbers or who need an extra push.

As the study progresses, your participant tracker graph will update in real time as surveys are received. For more detail about how each organization is doing in the study, you can click through to the Participant Management page, or use the buttons below the progress gauges to view filtered lists of organizations that need help setting up their accounts, need encouragement to reach their participation thresholds, or are on the right track and deserve congratulations.

From the Participant Management page, if you click "Show Details" on the Action Menu next to a specific organization, you will see exactly what the organization point of contact sees when they log on to administer the survey. The Action Menu also includes an option to "Get Contact Info" if you would like to get in touch with the organization.

You can also download a status report that includes all organizations, or a filtered list by status, by clicking on the "Export" button at the top of the screen.
